Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At The Kurlus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable food items (Chutney, Majoon, Nuts & Honey, Peanut Butter, Pickle, Shilajit, Talbina).
- Items that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
- Products purchased on sale or discount.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original method of payment (or issued as store credit).
- If rejected, you will be informed with a clear reason.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us at Kurulusshop@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please mail it to the address above.
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
